Stephen Immer CFO

Steve Immer is an experienced leader helping Powerteam CEO Bill Walsh take the company and its members/affiliates to new levels of success. Immer is an enthusiastic, "young" 69-year-old serving as a good example of health, fitness and business/personal development. He has had past success stories in several fields, including government, finance, real estate and network marketing. He has earned two Master's Degrees (University of Oregon, University of North Carolina),plus a variety of awards for community non-profit efforts, including "Volunteer of the Year" from the Summit County Government Open Space and Trails Department. He has lived in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, since 1982, where he is an active member of both the Summit County Chamber of Commerce (five years) and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber of Commerce (25 years). He exercises daily in a variety of sports, including winter downhill and cross-county skiing and summer bicycling, tennis, rowing and hiking. He also serves on several non-profit committees and boards, including his church soup kitchen and two local homeowners associations. He is also currently co-writing a new book "The Shape of Leadership - Models of Excellence" for e-publication this fall and subsequent book-form publication next year. Additionally, he is active in the local music scene, as he is an accomplished jazz musician (vibraphone) performing at many events and festivals, including the Breckenridge Jazz Festival and Meet the Artists.
